Shipping & Returns Policy


Shipping

All orders are packed and shipped from Georgia.

Processing Time

Orders typically ship within 2–5 business days, excluding holidays. Processing times may be extended during high-volume or seasonal periods.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order size and destination.

Delivery

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. CALHOUN is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect address information provided at checkout.


Returns & Exchanges

We want every purchase to feel intentional and well-considered.

Return Eligibility

Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are:

  • Unused and unworn

  • In original condition

  • With original packaging


Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Jewelry

  • Hats

  • Vintage or one-of-a-kind pieces

  • Custom or special-order items

  • Sale items

These exclusions are due to hygiene, rarity, or customization.


How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, email store@calhounlifestyle.com with:

  • Order number

  • Item(s) to be returned

  • Reason for return

Approved returns must be shipped within 7 days of authorization.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details so we can resolve the issue promptly.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.


Craft & Natural Variation

Many CALHOUN items are handcrafted, vintage, or made from natural materials. Variations in texture, patina, and finish are part of their character and not considered defects.
