Order Processing

All orders are carefully packed and shipped from our studio in Georgia.

Orders typically process within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods or special releases.


Shipping Rates & Methods

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and destination.

At this time, we ship within the United States. If you require expedited shipping or have special delivery needs, please contact us prior to placing your order.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear once the carrier has received your package.


Delivery Responsibility

CALHOUN is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect address information provided at checkout.

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer. We recommend shipping to a secure location.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist.

For packages lost in transit, please reach out and we will work with the carrier to investigate.


Craft & Natural Variation

Many CALHOUN items are handcrafted, vintage, or made from natural materials. Variations in color, texture, and finish are inherent to the materials and are not considered defects.
